Understand this! This technique is really for women and young girls to do, because it requires little to no effort to get out of the wrist grab. The move itself is design to use the body weight more than the arm muscle itself. Watch the video and practice.
1.) YOU must keep the arm pinned against your side or the technique will not work. That is how the body weight will come into play.
2) RELAX, I know stress situations can raise your blood pressure, but you must relax. Relax the hand and jerk up and you will be amazed.
The last thing the weakest point in a grab is between the thumb and the first finger!
